ARE YOUR LIMOUSINES & TOWNCARS SMOKING OR NON-SMOKING?
All of our cars are non-smoking. If you are a non-smoker or have allergies you probably do not want to spend several hours in a limousine that has been smoked in. Arriving at the church for your wedding ceremony smelling like cigarette smoke from the limousine when you don’t smoke is probably not what you had planned. If you are a smoker you can coordinate with the chauffeur for smoke stops as often as you like.
CAN I BRING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
Yes, adults of legal drinking age may consume alcoholic beverages in the limousine.
CAN YOU STOCK THE LIMOUSINE WITH ITEMS I REQUEST AHEAD OF TIME?
Yes. We can custom stock the limousine with items of your choice such as beverages, liquor, balloons, flowers etc. We do not up-charge for this service.
HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I BOOK A LIMOUSINE?
Book as soon as your plans are in place. Various events such as proms, graduations, weddings, football & baseball games, concerts etc. can often make it difficult to reserve a limousine on the date that you want. Weddings for instance are often booked a year in advance in order to secure a particular date.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes, a $100.00 deposit is generally required to reserve the limousine. The deposit is refundable if you cancel at least a week in advance of the date of service. If you need to cancel with less notice, the deposit can be applied toward future transportation service with our company.
IS THE CHAUFFEUR TIP INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE LIMOUSINE RENTAL AND IF NOT HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP THE CHAUFFEUR?
The chauffeur gratuity is not usually included in the price of the limousine rental. The standard industry practice is to tip the chauffeur 15 - 20% of the limousine rental cost. The chauffeur is there to serve you for the time you have rented the limousine. If the service you receive is excellent then it is courtesy to tip for the service the chauffeur provided for you.
CAN YOU OPEN THE SUNROOF IN THE STATE OF FL?
Unfortunately the sunroof must remain closed in order for the car to be insured.
SHOULD I SHOP FOR A LIMOUSINE BASED ON PRICE ALONE?
Absolutely not. This is a common mistake. A professional limousine company has to purchase limousines, maintain and operate their limousines so that they comply with safety standards, provide adequate insurance and also hire and train professional staff. This is an industry where you often get what you pay for. Many times the cheapest priced limousine service is the one that shows up in an old dilapidated limousine or is late, or doesn’t show up, or drops you off and tries to squeeze a run in between.

Yes, each one of our drivers undergoes an extensive background check and license verification to ensure that they have safe driving records.
IF MY FLIGHT IS LATE ARRIVING, AM I CHARGED?
We do not charge you a fee for late arrival. We track your flight online so we know exactly when you arrive. We do charge for additional stops along the way home, if needed.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Am. Ex., Mastercard, Discover & Cash. Checks must be sent in ahead of time. We do offer accounts for our repeat corporate customers.
